Good golly! Icelandic horses are freaking cuties! We loved this tour and recommend horse riding to anyone who is OK wanting to try to fit a horse into their carry-on when they leave.
Not much. Your tush might be a little sore the next day or two. Worth it!
Most companies start around $60.00/€53.00 per person for an hour ride without transport to the farm, but can easily get into the hundreds for longer tours. We did a short one and had a great time!

So, uh, this is awkward, but we actually didn't take any pictures on our tour. It was a blizzardy day that was not condusive to safe camera handling while on a horse. So you're just going to have to take our word for it. Sorry! Hopefully we will do another--more photo-friendly--tour soon!
